Booking Policy Details
1. Advance Bookings Only
- Appointments can be booked up to one month in advance (subject to availability).
- Last-minute slots must be booked at least 2 days prior.
2. Deposit Requirement
- An advance payment of ₹500 is required to secure your appointment.
- The ₹500 deposit will be adjusted against your final bill.
- The remaining balance must be paid via cash/UPI on the day of your appointment.
- Deposits are mandatory and non-refundable.
3. Appointment Duration & Setup
- Sessions typically last 2–3 hours, depending on your chosen service. Please plan your schedule accordingly.
- As a private nail studio, one slot is strictly reserved for one person only.
- Please arrive on time for your appointment. For example, if your slot is 6:30 PM – 9:00 PM, you must arrive by 6:30 PM sharp.
- If you are 30 minutes late, your appointment will be treated as cancelled and the advance amount will not be refunded.
4. Nail Preparation & Services
- Please arrive with bare nails.
- Gel/extension removal is available for an additional fee.
- Refills are offered only for sets originally done by our studio. For outside work, removal + a fresh set will be required.
5. Rescheduling & Cancellations
- No refunds are provided under any circumstances.
- You may reschedule once, by contacting us on WhatsApp at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.
- Last-minute rescheduling (less than 24 hours) is not allowed.
Agreement
By paying the advance, you agree to all booking and cancellation policies.
These guidelines exist to protect both your time and our business.
